Windows上启动Docker Desktop时会触发录音
在闪电说开着的情况下，每次打开Docker Desktop时都会触发录音，产生类似于按下右Alt键的效果，需要点一下叉取消录音。
闪电说配置的快捷键：左Ctrl+Win+Alt按住录音，右Alt按一下录音再按一下停止。
操作系统：Windows 10 Enterprise 22H2 Build 19045.6575
