I can't open it after installing Windows 10 on my computer

I just downloaded the Windows version of "LightTalk" today,

After installing it, I tried to open it, but when I double-clicked the icon, nothing happened—no window opened.

I checked Task Manager, and the "LightTalk" process was running, but no window appeared, and there was no icon in the system tray at the bottom right.

The version is 0.6.6
