Why does text entered via voice input appear in the clipboard?

I have a rare muscular disorder and rely heavily on screen keyboards and voice control/input for daily tasks.

I just started using your product. I noticed that everything I say appears in the Windows clipboard, instantly overwriting whatever I've recently copied. This severely impacts my efficiency.
