目前闪电说的Win+Ctrl快捷键会让PowerToys快捷键大范围失效
有一说一，我非常喜欢咱们闪电说的 Windows 加 Control 的快捷键。
但是目前不知为何闪电说的 Windows 加 Control 的快捷键的优先级比 Power Toys 中的快捷键明显高了很多。
这样会导致 Power Toys 的绝大部分快捷键都无法进行识别并运行。
