阿里云调用频繁报错

使用阿里云的时候总是报错“

转写失败: 阿里云连接失败: 连接失败: TLS error: native-tls error: unexpected EOF during handshake

”，之前在使用豆包的时候没问题，不确定是由于版本更新的问题还是api本身的问题
